Any item found unsatisfactory may be returned for a refund or exchange if notification to Best Billiards is made within 10 days of delivery.
Best Billiards will pay for shipping on defective items. Notification to Best Billiards must be made before returning.
Customer will pay for shipping on non-defective items. If a refund is desired, the total cost minus shipping will be applied.
Some custom ordered items may require a 20% re-stocking fee.
