Best Billiards was founded in 1995 by Ron Foster. At the time, he was the Billiard Director at Weber State University in Ogden Utah where he taught billiard classes and maintained the pool tables. People would ask him to refelt their tables which prompted the start of Best Billiard Service. The name changed to Best Billiards as the business moved into more retail and internet sales. Best Billiards was one of the very few billiard sites on the internet at the time. For 17 years, Best Billiards has been supplying the do-it-yourselfer with quality supplies and how-to information.
