Getting this part right is key to successfully covering your rail. There are two things that need
special attention when prepping a rail.
First, pound the feather stripping flush or slightly higher than the top wood groove.
Pounding it lower will make the top of the rail look incorrect.
Second, adjust the angle of the cloth for the corners, see pictures, this will help take up
some of the slack when stapling later on.
